The extruder filament, a device that allows each independently produce filament. With this device it is possible to produce a filament in home conditions. I am describing organising thanks to which we will produce the filament for you. The filament extruder is organising the filament for the home production.
Already you produce as much as you need. You do not have to buy pounds of different filaments. You produce filament in the color and the diameter of what you need and this at a low price.
The extruder filament is sold in the folded state. It is equipped with a fan guide.
How does the filament extruder work?
It is very straight. We are filling the container up with pellets and dye. Next we are adjusting the temperature on the display. After the right needed time for heating we are switching the engine on and a production of the filament is starting (pressing).
An operating manual is attached to the device.
How to get an appropriate diameter?
For reaching an appropriate diameter of the filament we are using the appropriate nozzle. To the machine we are giving the nozzle free of charge to diameters to 1.75 mm and to diameters of 3 mm. It is possible to order a lot of nozzles.
What materials is it possible to carry the filament out of?
Pellets of polymer materials are being used for the production of the filament e.g. ABS, PLA. but it is possible to apply also and other materials e.g. nylon, TPU, LDPE, HDPE, PVA. PCV (polyvinyl chloride) he is assigning harmful associations and one should avoid this material!!

How much place he isn’t taking devices?
The filament extruder is measuring (x length x width height): 67x14x25cm, it is possible to put her on the desk by your printer 3D.
What cost of the power consumption is through the extruder of the filament?
The electricity consumption through the extruder of the filament within amounts to one hour 0.1 kWh. It is possible to take the average cost of one kWh too 0.2 €, that is you will pay only 2 cents per one working hour of the device!!
What is the dimensional tolerance of the resulting filament?
The dimensional accuracy of the resulting filament ABS is +/- 0.05 mm.
